Leading a PLM Project Manager to optimize product lifecycle management within our Maison. This role involves managing project teams, deploying complex PLM solutions, and defining strategies for continuous process improvement. Key responsibilities include harmonizing our existing PLM tools and defining the future PLM strategy for the entire organization.Team and Project Leadership:Lead and manage project teams dedicated to PLM and delivery activities.Ensure the planning, monitoring, and successful delivery of PLM projects within established timelines and budgets.Coordinate various internal and external stakeholders, including Editors, Partners, and Satellite Teams.Management and Optimization of Existing PLM Solutions:Oversee and manage the 3 PLM systems (from 2 distinct Editors) currently in use across the Maison, serving over 500 users.Identify areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize the performance and efficiency of these systems.Deployment of New Solutions:Monitor and ensure the successful deployment of the Centric editor for the Shoes and RTW (Ready-to-Wear) businesses.Guarantee the seamless integration and effective adoption of the new solution by relevant users.Definition of Long-Term PLM Strategy:Actively contribute to strategic thinking regarding target business processes and the evolution of the Maison\'s PLM landscape.Propose and define the vision for a unified enterprise PLM, integrating all departments involved in product design (creation, development, production, marketing, costing, etc.).Evaluate market solutions and leverage LVMH Houses\' best practices to support and shape this strategy.
