As a Disability Inclusion Partner, I work with employers, community partners, and job seekers in order to grow Peak Performers\' brand and mission. My aim is to change minds about what it means to live and work with a disability, and I believe everyone has their own disability story to share. In my role, I drive social media engagement, facilitate business roundtables around the country, give presentations about disability hiring and inclusion, moderate panels and conduct interviews, attend job fairs, and respond to request for proposals (RFPs).
