I identify areas for improvement to enhance the efficiency of the Talent Acquisition team\'s delivery processes. I also help facilitate the contracting and onboarding process for external recruiting vendors. Measure the usage and effectiveness of recruiting platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, HireEZ, and SeekOut- Collaborated to redevelop process of parking LinkedIn licenses to give Team Managers and Senior Managers a more transparent view and more agency in making decisions- Partnered with 1 team member to oversee LinkedIn Recruiter for ~900 users. Managed license activation and deactivation, usage monitoring, revised job postings, and ad-hoc inquiries related to the tool- Deliver monthly usage reports regarding LinkedIn Recruiter to Recruiting Team Managers and Senior Managers using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Workforce Analytics- Partnered to manage Indeed licenses for ~100 users including activating licenses, and reassigning message credits. Leverages Agile delivery tools such as JIRA to track and collaborate on team stories- Lead the reengineering of the intake process for all Agency requests to incorporate JIRA stories to reduce work falling through cracks, divide work among team members more clearly and identify different types of requests that came through the encompassing Agency mailbox. Coordinated with internal and external team members to facilitate the contracting process for new vendor engagements including third party risk assessments, onboarding of contractors onto agent portal, and uploading executed contracts to Ariba.
