An Arizona State Sun Devil, with a background in finance and architecture, Johnson joined Farmers Insurance Group, before helping launch and co-founding The Garzella Group in 2014. In the process, Myles won numerous awards and accolades, and was named the #1 insurance agent in the Southwest.(Agent of Distinction Award) Myles was invited by numerous carriers to join their national agency counsels, including Travelers, Safeco, Nationwide, and Encompass. During the next 7 years, Johnson helped grow traditional lines at Garzella from scratch to $40M, all organic new business written premium, no M&A activity. In addition to creating a large traditional agency with a national footprint, Myles helped craft the other subsidiaries of GG, in the affiliate/aggregator space (Darkhorse Insurance) as well as in the captive program arena (Avalon Risk Management). He also established successful personal connections with other high-level executives in industries including real estate, mortgages, banking, financial services, accounting, law, medicine, technology, Private Equity/Venture Capital, and municipalities. Serving these folks in a variety of ways, from consultation to full risk management profiling and policy placement. And at the beginning of 2022, Johnson was given the opportunity to explore a new venture, he became President of Turbo Insurance Group, helping bring the agency to market with exclusive distribution partners in place. A talented entrepreneur adept at crafting solutions to complex problems, Myles Johnson is a natural team builder who inspires and empowers people to become the highest versions of themselves.An active member of Pillar Church and a dedicated philanthropist, Johnson sits on the Board of Ronald McDonald House Charities. He currently resides in Scottsdale with his lovely spouse Kea, with whom he shares four beautiful children.
