Four Marketing Group is a group of companies with experience in wholesale distribution, ecommerce and retail. The primary purpose of this role is resolving Head Office and Retail Stores\' technical issues both remotely and in person, in order to enhance business operations, efficiency, and productivity. This is an important role as it is the first point of contact for issues and requests related to the IT infrastructure and retail services and is important in helping to deliver improvements in these areas. Main duties and responsibilities- Purchasing, installing, troubleshooting, supporting, maintaining, upgrading and managing the computers, network hardware, office equipment, printers, phone system, mobile devices, retail hardware, Epos peripherals throughout the retail estate including the Head Office and retail stores worldwide- User account management, permissions, access to network and systems- Actioning Service Desk requests in a timely, professional manner. Providing root cause analysis where possible with technical documentation- Assisting in the management of the network including cabling; patching; Active Directory; wired and wireless LAN; VPN services; data and voice services; anti-virus software- Liaising with 3rd party vendors in the support and maintenance of WAN, MPLS Cloud, server hosting companies, hardware vendors- Eliminating and proactively preventing Virus’s both local and remotely- Ensuring the security of all data and adhering to PCI and Data Protection rules and regulations at all times- Liaising with remote store personnel, remote contracted IT professionals, local hardware and software contractors worldwide to clearly advise and determine the best overall solution to minimize operational downtime- Maintaining site licenses and Assets for department/organization- Providing assistance in PCI compliance- Providing telephone and desktop support to internal users- After hours/weekend support when required
