Part of the completions team, working closely with the construction team making sure the installation is to a high nuclear standard. Working with the construction team ensuring all the correct standards are met and targets are reached, making sure clients expectations are met.Ensuring set goals are achieved working as a team member and on own initiative.Using an extensive knowledge to complete tasks independently and to a very high standard. Assisting others, decision making, implementing the required process resulting in the best outcome. Responding promptly and effectively to changing circumstances, planning for contingencies and managing conflicting priorities.Supporting and improving team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices. Complying with all relevant procedures and deliver high standards of safety performance during all operations.Dealing efficiently and on own initiative with a high-volume workload. Providing sound and practical solutions, ensuring that all systems are successfully implemented in compliance with legislation whilst maintaining safe working practices.
