With his over 15+ years of experience in the recruiting space, Danny has built and developed multiple locations and teams into high performing cornerstones of the organization specializing in Financial Crimes and Compliance, IT, Engineering, Accounting/Finance, Legal, Office Support, Human Resources, and Creative/Digital. With a high emphasis on communication and collaboration, Danny has truly become more of an extension and team member to his clients rather than a “agency contact”. Danny is also a founding member of the “SHRM Executive Network”, an exclusive portion of SHRM designated for senior leadership.Prior to his civilian career, Danny is a veteran of the United States Navy in which he served from 19••••10, ultimately being medically retired. While on active-duty Danny was forward deployed in support of worldwide counterdrug operations as well as Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Danny was awarded multiple awards and commendations while in service including three Navy and Marine Corps. Achievement Medals, while upholding the Navy’s core values of “Honor, Courage, and Commitment”.
