   Implement and configure new HRIS system by pulling data reports for over active employees and numerous terminated employees; ensure accuracy of all employee information before uploading into new HRIS system. • Manage HR systems related to employee and payroll data, self-service, compensation, talent management and applicant tracking. • Create and compile reports (both standard and custom) and maintain confidential data related to compensation, benefits, performance, and attendance tracking. • Complete monthly data audits of employee information (eg: compensation, employment dates, etc) for compliance purposes • Research and review employee compensation data to ensure quality and report ability. • Provide technical support of the HR information systems, including issue analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of moderately complex solutions for new and existing systems and functionality. • Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives as the HRIS application owner for assigned HR products. • Maintain knowledge of new upcoming features and functionality within Pactiv Evergreen’s HR information systems landscape, and partner with product owners to provide recommendations for uptake. • Provide consultation and technical support to other HRIS Analysts
