About Myah Rosa-Scott
During my time at American Eagle as a sales associate, I became an expert on the merchandise so I knew how to properly service every customer. During my time at Nordstrom as a Sales Associate, I learned my skills about Nordstrom as a company and the different brands we sold. As a sales associate I learned everything I needed to know regarding product knowledge. Learning the product knowledge makes it much easier to help the customer and ensure they\'re receiving everything that they need. I also learned how to meet my metrics as a Sales Associate and become consistent and meeting my sales goals. During my time as an Assistant Department Manager, I\'m currently learning how to support my Department manager and my team. This includes making sure that my team is meeting their sales goals and knowing exactly how to achieve it. This position has also taught me how to properly merchandise the sales floor so it\'s easy for customers to navigate!
