Working directly and learning from the CEO, COO, and Chief Staff, I have been able to complete projects such as research and analyze Sully\'s target demographic, use mapping software to create territories within the southeast that include that demographic, complete a cost analysis for potential buildouts in future targeted locations, and audit the stores\' operations and help to create systems that can monitor future operations. With such a great team and support system, I am truly so thankful to have this internship and learning experience this summer and fall!
