Operations Manager @Kenan Advantage Group

Responsible for the effective management and logistical planning of city and local customer freight to drivers based on driver availability, HOS, and customer schedules. Assists the Terminal Manager with the day-to-day operations, and serves as the terminal’s primary decision maker in the Terminal Manager’s absence. Works closely with Central Dispatch, Wash, Cargill plant, and Terminal Manager to effectively plan resources and optimize production and optimal service to our customers. Building a strong, professional relationship with the local customer facility along with other relationships between key members of the management team and the appropriate individuals at the customer.
