She has held key roles including CFO, VP of Finance, and Regional Controller for multi-billion-dollar organizations, bringing deep expertise in financial strategy, ERP implementation, budgeting, M&A, and global operations.Katy combines technical excellence with executive insight, offering clients a strong foundation in GAAP, IFRS, GAAS, IRS Code, and SEC compliance. She has led successful finance transformations, managed complex financial operations for over 85 U.S. offices, and played a critical role in system migrations, cost control, forecasting, and consolidated reporting.Her finance career began in investment and public accounting, with over a decade of consulting experience supporting small and mid-sized businesses in financial reporting, tax, payroll, and crypto advisory. She is known for her strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and ability to lead under pressure.Education is Katy’s lifelong passion. At 22, she became the youngest professor at Vietnam National University - High School for the Gifted after graduating with a BA in Education & Commerce. She later earned a Master of Accounting from the University of St. Thomas, and an Executive MBA from Rice University. She’s currently pursuing Harvard and Stanford degrees while completing the CPA and CFA designations.Katy brings a global perspective, having led negotiations and financial projects across Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
