I balance hospitality with logistics, combining a people-first mindset and operational discipline across warehouse, office, and coworking functions.Core Responsibilities:• Conduct facility tours and follow-ups, guiding prospective members from inquiry through onboarding• Draft, send, and manage pricing proposals, agreements, and membership transitions• Oversee member onboarding: coordinate initial setup, schedule orientation sessions, and grant access to key platforms• Manage full move-in/move-out processes, including checklists, signage, and suite preparation• Provide consistent daily support: respond to inquiries, log service tickets, and coordinate with internal teams• Schedule and support community events and retention efforts, including regular member check-ins and renewals• Handle internal purchasing: source supplies, process purchase orders, inspect deliveries, and track budgets• Maintain facility cleanliness, manage supply inventory, and assist with light maintenance and equipment care• Maintain accurate documentation in the member management system for contracts, deposits, and cancellations• Support financial processes related to memberships, deposits, and account adjustments
