As part of Biogen’s corporate strategy team, I have driven global initiatives to accelerate growth across key markets (e.g, China) and domains (e.g, precision medicine), developed our portfolio strategy in Movement Disorders (>12 assets), and led commercial due diligence on >20 investment opportunities. Prior to this role, I led commercial strategy for 7 early-stage assets across 10 CNS indications, including Alzheimer\'s and Parkinson\'s. Before Biogen, I held positions at Huron Consulting Group (now part of Oliver Wyman), Ogilvy Consulting, and Deallus Consulting. In these roles, I led engagements supporting biopharma clients and investment funds in identifying, evaluating, and executing transactions across various therapeutic areas. I also crafted strategic plans for pharma companies, facilitated portfolio planning exercises, and provided leadership for launch planning and marketing initiatives in oncology, rare disease, and OTC brands. Outside of work, I serve on the Board of Directors for MorDance, a female-led professional ballet company.
