   I work closely with the Collaborative Co-directors, Steering Committee, and stakeholders to shepherd and innovate the Global Engagement Survey, nurture and grow membership, and foster communities of learning and practice in pursuit of more just, equitable, and sustainable community-based global learning. As the inaugural full-time managing director I have:• Designed and facilitate 5 membership-driven, monthly participatory planning spaces for 40 action team volunteers• Built social media campaign to grow Collaborative LinkedIn followers 300% in less than 9 months• Developed volunteer scheme resulting in 15 volunteers committing to serving on action teams for one year
