Building on the foundations created by Efar, I am responsible for setting the strategic technical direction for SCL by defining its technology roadmap. Within the business I help all areas of the organisation to integrate this technology into operations, marketing and sales, enabling SCL to transition from a strong respected reseller of voice and data services to a full network provider.These are dynamic and exciting times for SCL, as it develops beyond its traditional telephony base and takes it strong customer service ethic into the full peering partner data environment, across all the line types from ADSL through FTTC and EFM to Leased line and data centre IP transit.With IP telephony exchanges in London and Slough, SCL\'s future telephony project brings the best of SIP and the advantage of its own managed ISP network with UK and European connectivity, to a UK market in full transition from traditional telephone systems to integrated voice and data.
