I am a Senior Manager in PwC’s Transaction Services business, specialising in Capital Markets Advisory. I help clients with deals and capital market transactions such as IPOs, cross border M&A, divestments and exits. Some of the announced transactions I have worked on include: Demerger and triple listing of Unilever\'s Ice Cream business (The Magnum Ice Cream Company) Tesco’s sale of its banking operations to Barclays Vodafone’s disposal of Vodafone Spain to Zegona communications plc National Express (now Mobico Group plc)’s disposal of their North American school bus business to private equity Ricardo plc’s disposal of its Defence business unit and acquisition of E3 Advisory PTY Ltd Pendragon’s acquisition by Lithia Prior to PwC, I worked in government finance for three central government departments, and spent two years overseas as a Wealth Consultant, advising on investments such as pensions, portfolio bonds, and equity linked structured notes. I am an ICAEW qualified Chartered Accountant and winner of the ICAEW’s 2021 Tattershall-Walker Annual Order of Merit for joint sixth highest combined results of those completing the Advanced Level internationally.I have also completed the FMVA (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst) qualification from the Corporate Finance Institute.
