Over twenty-eight years of corporate and project management, oil and gas engineering, offshore renewables and naval architecture experience encompassing a wide range of topics and disciplines. Projects have been undertaken in many parts of the world; working with and managing different cultures and expectations. This has been undertaken as, or on behalf of, an Operator or client.Current work focus is providing support to operators in business, project and engineering management both direct to projects and in support of business management systems to bring best practice and efficient operations.Previous experience includes, engineering and IT management of a small operator, overall management of a consultancy, where day to day activity included the delivery of projects with corporate and technical oversight, client relations, problem solving and research and development. Prior to this I have worked as an engineer within the oil and gas industry covering most phases of a development from concept, FEED, detailed engineering, installation, through to operations, maintenance, integrity and decommissioning.
