Responsible for monetization strategy of in-game and first party store, including digital SKUs, catalog curation, layout design, pricing, sales/discounts, and rotation scheduling. • Drive implementation of Founder\'s Packs (key revenue driver for launch) and upgrade flow across all platforms (e.g. in-game, Steam, PlayStation, Xbox), from SKU creation to configuration, contributing to net bookings and monetization goals. • Design A/B tests to optimize conversation rate and revenue, collaborating with Data & Analytics and Live Operations teams to create, implement, and evaluate experiments that yield data-driven insights. • Oversee playtesting strategy in Closed Beta for 1.4M Skate Insiders by collaborating with Central team partners, including player recruitment/invitations across cohorts, platforms, and regions leading up to Early Access. • Reinforce data-driven Studio culture by reporting on product performance, identifying opportunities, and providing recommendations to leadership/key stakeholders via Looker Studio dashboards and user research. • Collaborate cross-functionally with core teams (e.g. Live Operations, Design, Economy, Production, Brand, Community, Commercial, etc.) to achieve product goals, ensuring successful launch of seasonal updates and new features.
