Over 50 years of construction experience within the Commercial, Industrial, Medical and Residential Fields. Estimating, Project Managing, Supervising and working as a Tradesman in a variety of fields such as Concrete, Framing, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall and Finishes. During this period of education, I have learned what is required to help ensure success. “First- understand the intent and the design, review the site, estimate all of the tasks thoroughly and accurately, solicit appropriate contractors, scrutinize their proposals, select carefully- the best realistic contractor(s), produce the documents, prepare an accurate detailed schedule and manage the project from buyout though redlines.” Key is every project is a lesson and has a cost of which adds to one’s experience and helps to ensure future success. Best methods of success are to share your learned lessons with others as they share theirs, which is sound “Teamwork at its best” In addition, I have many years of experience estimating and managing electrical projects in the design build industry, wet and dry utilities, control entry, security and surveillance systems, gear, distribution, lighting fixtures and their controls, device and equipment power, line voltage systems, along with generator and photovoltaic power generation. Designed composite plans for wet & dry utilities, sewer, water, gas, phone, cable.
