I am a creative technologist who is passionate about solving complex problems and finding the most efficient solutions possible. I am currently a Software Engineer with The Walt Disney Company where I am responsible for the engineering related sustainment of our Salesforce portfolio. I have previously worked as a solution engineer, product owner and business analyst supporting our ServiceNow Service Catalog team where I played a critical role in the active sustainment of over 2300 catalog items and record producers for our internal customers, comapny wide. On every project I work on no matter how big or how small I aim to mesh my passion for technology and endless creative drive to bring unique solutions in an efficient manner without sacrificing quality.Technology has always been a passion of mine, I see it as a tool to solve unique problems and at Disney there are plenty of unique problems that I\'ve been able to solve for utilizing the many tools on my toolbelt to support our theme parks, cruise ships, streaming services and more. On top of my technical knowledge used to solve problems, one of my personal strengths is the ability to look at a problem, take it apart and put it back together to identify the core issue in order to implement a proper solution, but also collaborate with stakeholders to list requirements that define this solution before fixing it so everyone is on the same page when it comes to approach. My personal ethos is that you can only be innovative when you take risks, If you\'re always doing something that you\'re sure is going to work out perfectly, you\'re not really going to do anything very interesting. My end goal in life is to build things that not only outlive me, but also inspire someone to do more than they thought was possible, well beyond my time.
