Alien In-Line is the largest private skating school in the world. Based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. AIL has 20 full time and 35 part time employees comprised of instructors, sales and marketing, programing, general office and equipment management/transport staff.AIL offers skating programs taught utilizing in-line skates and a curriculum reaching over 350 schools and students per year in the cities of Calgary and Edmonton, and throughout the Provinces of Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan. Alien In-Line has performed pilot programs in Milwaukee, WI, Salt Lake City, UT and Seattle/Tacoma, WA, USA, and also provides school speed skating programs at the Calgary Olympic Oval.

ABOUT MARK GREENWALD
Established leader and builder with proven success in a variety of roles with both non and for profit organizations. His experience ranges from grass roots and youth sport development to Olympic level of high performance sport. Some of these include-Sport leader and administrator with 33 years experience; specific involvement in speed skating and in-line skating in both the United States and Canada. Over 20 Olympic medals have been won by athletes from training centers where his leadership drove the direction, design and environment for athletes-Served in volunteer roles as a member of the US Speedskating Board of Directors (Athlete\'s Representative) and United States Olympic Committee Athlete Advisory Council (Athlete\'s Representative - alternate). He presently serves as President of the Amateur Speedskating Union Foundation and Chair of US Speedskating\'s Alumni Commission. He has significant experience in leading and serving on numerous committees, associations and organizations in both Canada and the United States of America-Educational and Instructional background includes an undergraduate and masters degree in Kinesiology, past Canada and US Coaching Course Conductor Certification roles, and Instructor Examiner roles for both the International In-Line Skating Association (IISA) and Skate Instructor\'s Association (Skate IA). He is a co-founder of the Skate PE Organization-1988 & 1992 Winter Olympian as a member of the U.S. Speed Skating Team and earning a top-ten finish in the event in 1988. Achieved a 5th place finish in the event at the 1988 World Championships, and was the 1990 US National Champion in this distance-Former Calgary Olympic Oval Training Center Coach, coaching for Team Canada/Speed Skating Canada at the Jr. World Speed Skating Championships in 1996 & 1997-Attended 6 Winter Olympic Games in a variety of capacities (2x as a competitor), the Tour de France, 2 Stanley Cup Finals. Has a proven track record of success as an architect in building programs and teams helping high performance athletes to medal winning performances. Presently leads two companies, both for which he was a founding partner: Alien In-Line - the largest and most successful private in-line skating schools in the world reaching over participants annually; and Alien Electrostatic - formed during the Covid-19 pandemic, to assist educational institutions, sport/fitness/recreation groups, community groups and small business with disinfecting solutions and in creating safer environments for both staff and participants.
