   As the Digital Engagement Manager I worked collaboratively with the Mission Engagement leadership team to develop and execute digital engagement plans in support of Global Ministries\' overarching engagement strategies. Moreover, this role involved the integration of the most effective tools and latest trends in social media, e-marketing, web design and other channels. • Managed team of two to develop and execute digital engagement strategies in support of agency’s overarching engagement goals leading to a 4.5% increase in social media engagement, more than person increase in social media followership, launched three stakeholder newsletters and implemented two new social media brand pages • Led agency-wide systems transitions to new e-marketing system, website and online giving system, connecting constituent information to build a foundation for segmented marketing campaigns, a first in the agency’s history • Co-led Giving Tuesday campaign raising more than $640k for two brands through unified e-appeals and social media posts • Worked collaboratively with Communications, Partner Relations, Development and executive leadership teams to expeditiously distribute e-appeals for major disasters, raising more than $40k in 48 hours with each campaign • Sat as a strategic partner on the Mission Engagement leadership team, prioritizing agency goals for engagement and designing project outlines to ensure major goals are achieved for a team of 25 full-time professionals • Assisted Communications team in developing brand-relevant language and marketing campaigns • Managed multiple vendor relationships to implement, build and sustain digital engagement spaces • Continued engagement as contractor post October, 2019
