Mwenda is passionate about cars and technology. He is a transformation architect and operating at the critical intersection of global business strategy and disruptive technology. Serving as part of a group integrating Industry 4.0x5.0 technologies in Clarios. Mwenda focuses on the overarching value-creation process, identifying and scaling the technologies that redefine how a global manufacturing organization competes. He is engaged not merely to improve manufacturing operations but to reinvent them—integrating Smart Manufacturing frameworks that drive exponential business growth and enhance long-term operational resilience.Mwenda leverages a sophisticated digital architecture to de-risk and accelerate this path, utilizing a suite of \"next-frontier\" tools including Digital Twins for material flow and physics simulations, Artificial Intelligence, IoT analytics, and AR/VR immersive environments. By creating a seamless digital thread from concept to the factory floor, he ensures that Ecosystems and advanced robotics are not just installed, but integrated into the company\'s DNA.Having navigated the complexities of the global manufacturing landscape, Mwenda has steered massive brownfield and greenfield projects from strategic inception through to installation, ramp-up, and final production handover. Despite the high-tech nature of his roadmap, his leadership remains deeply principled and people-oriented. He operates on the firm conviction that technology achieves its highest potential when it is designed to unlock and amplify abundant human capability, placing the worker at the center of the digital evolution.Mwenda is working to define and execute a Strategic Roadmap for Industry 4.0 & Smart Manufacturing, covering technologies such as Digital Twins, AI / Machine Learning, Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing), MES, AR / VR for Design, Production & Training, Data & Analytics, Automation / Robotics, Cybersecurity, IoT and Preventive Maintenance.Mwenda has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University.
