I strive to be a change agent in all areas where I work. I have been directly in, or providing services to, the mining industry for over 25 years. As a systems thinker with an analytical nature I have considerable experience with mine planning and enterprise optimisation from operational through to strategic level. Having had roles in operational mine management, consulting, service delivery and support, system design and implementation, product development and business process improvement, I am both a generalist and expert in various mining related fields. Focusing more recently on sales and client experience across service delivery and data amalgamation, integration and spatial solutions, I am a strong supporter not only of realising value through leadership in delivery of services but also helping clients unlock hidden value through better use of technology, people and process in the mining context.
