Apprentice/analyst, Distribution Analytics, will assist with the production and support of the Global Distribution Strategy’s team’s analytics and reporting needs. Primary Responsibilities Include- Assist with monthly delivery of performance reports & KPIs - Gain detailed understanding of underlying data, data structure, important metrics & the business uses of the data being reported - Build ability to analyze and troubleshoot reports, ensure data accuracy and timeliness, and provide interpretation and analysis of data for business management to guide business decisions - Develop ability to build and run recurring visualization dashboards fulfilling basic information requests & performance tracking - Assist with development of analytical models to assist with contractual negotiations & overall business decisions - Support financial budget process & variance analysis - Develop new and ad-hoc reports by assisting with project from start to finish; working with partners to define, track, measure, and complete requests adhering to reporting requirements and deadlines - Assist with build out of new reporting between Delta & our JV airline partners measuring meaningful metrics shared with leadership teams
