   Create VILT Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social, Commerce, Multicultural D&I, Search Engine Optimization and Performance Marketing content training for staff across all brands within the ‘Publicis Media\' network. • Lead the organization and hosting of quarterly investment training webinars focused on top industry topics, fostering an informed workforce ranging from hourly associates to executive level employees. • Design comprehensive assessments via Articulate 360, hosted on the ‘Marcel Classes\' LMS platform, enabling in-depth training metric analysis. • Serve as a certified Super User within the Marcel Classes LMS platform, undertaking daily admin duties and providing technical assistance to learners. • Coordinate Partner Certification Learning paths, ensuring employees earn recognition for their accomplishments with completion badges from major partners including Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Twitter, and Tik Tok. • Collaborate with subject matter experts across the network to integrate innovative and relevant content through the Compass eLearning program, leading to comprehensive learning resources for all staff. • Continually improve the accessibility features of Compass assessments, fostering an inclusive learning environment that caters to Publicis Media\'s diverse global audience. • Proactively update and revamp the Compass eLearning program in response to the fast-paced changes in the media and advertising industry. • Frequently implement enhancements to Compass content based on survey results/poling (Survey Monkey and MS Forms), adding new content, gamification, and best practices to increase engagement and user satisfaction for all agency staff.
