A few words about myself that go beyond the CV. Professionally I am a purpose driven finance brain with a passion for relationship building & communication across cultures. Over the last years I took leading roles in international matrix organisation\'s with increasing complexity. I grew up in a healthcare family and love working in medtech. We are a Viet-German family and try take the best of the different cultures. Taking my fabulous wife as a role model, I give my best to be a progressive dad for our daughters questioning social norms. I am a rather collectivistic mind and like to live and build communities. We are engaged in transcultural communities and anti-racist initiatives. If you do not find me in the office or playgrounds, I will probably do sports. Having tried out many sport clubs in my youth any sports is my sport today 🤾🥎 Looking forward to connecting with you!
