Responsible for Delivering AT & T services all around the world.• Works with remote technicians to install and configure Cisco routers, Standalone Switches, Stack Switches, Virtual Stack switches, Wireless controllers (Cisco/Aruba) and AP’s.• Install, test and troubleshoot various circuit types Ethernet, T1/E1, T3/E3.• Working with different LEC, PTT, or AT & T work centre to test, identify, and resolve any circuit issues.• Implements scripts provided by System Engineer and reviewing configurations and diagrams prior to change to ensure successful implementation. • Responsible for the timely installation, possible problem determination, troubleshooting, problem resolution and service activation in cooperation with internal and external resources. • Responsible to work on MCAD (Move Change Add Delete). • Performing IOS upgrades /downgrades IOS upgrade (using tftp, ftp and copy/flash drive) • Integrates new devices onto the management platform.• Reviews final Site Documentation Package prior to site acceptance.• Provides the necessary support for post implementation as required
