I oversee the production IT operations of 10 global enterprise SaaS products (DevOps, CloudOps, DB operations, project management, data protection and privacy, SLA compliance, business continuity and disaster recovery) and serve as the highest escalation point for critical technical and customer-facing issues. I\'m responsible for defining the IT strategy, establishing and maintaining information security, identifying best-fit technological solutions, managing budgets and costs, supervising and mentoring DevOps and Cloud engineering teams around the globe, working with vendors, suppliers and partners.
