Research Experience for Peruvian Undergraduates (REPU) lead by Peruvian STEM graduate students and professionals aims to train the next generation of Peruvian STEM professionals by settling a 3-month internship in well-renowned universities in US and Europe.As co-head of the nanotechnology branch, I work in the recruitment of volunteers for admissions, interview candidates and contact mentors/lab hosts to settle the 3-month internship. Also, I mentor alumni from different branches into their incoming applications to graduate studies.
