I work for Achieving for Children’s Fostering and Kingship Team, delivering the full range of fostering services. My role includes: • Recruitment, assessment, training, and supervision/support of foster carers • Duty services and supervising Regulation 24 arrangements • Completing Form F, Form K/C, and Special Guardianship assessments • Undertaking tasks to ensure safe placements and achieve permanency plans for children • Conducting initial family/viability assessmentsI am also involved in the development and delivery of carer training, support groups, and duty/out-of-hours support. At Achieving for Children, we work within the Signs of Safety framework, with a strong emphasis on Signs of Belonging and peer group supervision.
