I played a key role in the shift to microservices, the migration of more than enterprise customers to AWS and improvements in developer experience through initiatives such as DevFabric.I also bring experience from the iGaming sector, where I delivered revenue-generating real money gaming products and led global teams through high-impact delivery in regulated environments.Selected achievements include leading cloud-modernisation initiatives across APAC and the EU, delivering significant business value through AI-supported automation, strengthening engineering leadership principles that improved ownership and quality and driving technology strategies aligned with product and commercial outcomes.I am passionate about building scalable platforms, enabling high-trust engineering cultures and supporting long-term product and platform strategy.
