Annual Suppliers process & system audit & escalation to managementExcavators Final & PDI inspection Support: Green ticket & PDI inspection daily data tracking & DPU monitoring Mitigate GAP between Final Inspection (PDI / Green Ticket) from XCMG and SSIPL Joint inspection is conducted between SSIPL & XCMG to create Accepted quality level. Coordinate weekly Quality improvement problem counter measures Reporting Team members handling 6 to 8 members on PDI & Lab testing. Training given to all Team members in Quality FunctionsContinual improvement projects Handling: Plant level Quality Circle Co-Ordinator & Handling projects to participated in QCFI & achieved Topmost category awards in Regional, National & International levels.
