I am a motivated and dedicated postgraduate student currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) with specialization in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations (HR & IR). I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) with Computer Applications, which has provided me with a strong foundation in business administration, HR processes, and analytical skills.I am a Student Member of the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Madurai Chapter, enabling me to stay connected with HR professionals and current industry practices.During my second-semester fieldwork, I completed a mini research project titled “A Study on Emotional Well-being and Happiness among the Visually Challenged Students” at the Indian Association for the Blind. This experience strengthened my understanding of employee well-being, inclusivity, workplace happiness, and social responsibility in HR practices.I have a keen interest in Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, Employee Welfare, HR Operations, and Statutory Compliance, and I plan to pursue a Diploma in Labour Legislation to further enhance my expertise in labour law and compliance frameworks.Currently, I am seeking a full-time opportunity as an HR Executive, where I can apply my academic knowledge, fieldwork exposure, and interpersonal skills to contribute effectively to organizational growth while continuously learning and developing as an HR professional.
