The pilot program resulted in a forecast accuracy increase of 10%, a 7% reduction in distressed product losses and a 2% reduction in deployment freight costs ultimately resulting in an overall savings of $20M. For a Global Alcoholic Beverages Company • Supported the overhaul of Integrated Material Planning for a Fortune 500 company by building Power BI dashboards to improve brewery visibility of Purchase Order changes and deliveries, track the accuracy and stability of mid-term forecasts, segment the products to develop targeted replenishment strategies and standardizing processes related to New Product Introductions.
