The last 16+ years of work life have been in pursuit of great work – building brands, impacting the community, and seeing team members thrive. I am passionate about marketing and creating purposeful brands, that can positively influence the way we live. I have worked on diverse categories like foods, personal care and OTC. Consistently delivered business, consumer and cost-saving targets in complex and challenging environments.With a master’s in management studies in marketing, I completed the Stanford LEAD programme at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business this year. I leverage the learnings to accelerate change and transformation in the organization. I have won various awards for my result-oriented marketing strategies. Some of them are the Purple Elephant at the Zee Kyoorius Creative Awards 2022 for the best use of experiential marketing, and three golds at the e4m Health Marcom Awards 2022 for the best-integrated campaign and the best experiential marketing campaign.
