ABOUT PASCAL MUSTER
I work at the intersection of semiconductor physics, industrial device development, and quantum computing. At Infineon Dresden, I lead and contribute to advanced development projects in the field of semiconductor-based sensor and device technologies within consumer and automotive markets. In parallel, I am pursuing a PhD in Semiconductor Physics and Quantum Technology at RWTH Aachen University. My research focuses on scalable Si/SiGe spin-qubit devices, cryogenic characterization, and the transfer of quantum device concepts into CMOS-compatible manufacturing environments.I combine experimental physics, semiconductor device technology knowledge, and statistical analysis with software engineering in Python, Julia, and C, as well as modern infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes.I am especially interested in roles and projects where technical depth, system thinking, and project ownership come together at the interface of research, development, and industrial scaling.If you are working on quantum technologies, advanced semiconductor devices, or technical project leadership, feel free to reach out.
