My focus is on ensuring the manufacturability, quality, and efficiency of aircraft systems, particularly avionics and wiring harness integration.Key Responsibilities & Achievements:Digital Process Leadership: Own and develop Computer-Aided Process Planning (CAPP) for aircraft systems, defining the build sequence and manufacturing instructions for wiring harness assembly and installation.Design for Manufacturability (DFM): Partner with design engineering teams to review 3D models and drawings, providing critical DFM feedback to optimize harness routing, component placement, and overall aircraft buildability.Technical Ownership & Planning: Take technical ownership of system integration processes. Lead the planning and creation of detailed work instructions, assembly plans, and installation plans that translate engineering requirements into actionable production tasks.Product Data Management (PDM): Utilize enterprise PDM systems (such as ENOVIA or Teamcenter) to manage and control aircraft design data, ensuring manufacturing works from the latest and approved configurations.Design Verification: Support design verification activities by validating that as-built systems and installations meet the original design intent and functional requirements.End-to-End Integration: Oversee the entire lifecycle of wire harness integration, from initial design concept through to final installation on the aircraft, ensuring compliance with Boeing standards and safety regulations.Collaboration: Serve as a key technical interface between Boeing design engineers, HCLTech teams, and production floor personnel, facilitating clear communication and resolving complex integration challenges.
