Working with and supporting multiple business applications/platforms including but not limited to Yardi, Property Vista, Microsoft Office (more specifically Excel), etc. • Prioritizing issues that are raised and providing solutions in a timely manner • Creating Work Instruction documents for both employee reference and that detail internal technology processes and procedures • Conducting employee training sessions on best practice use of existing and new applications and technologies • Logging, resolving, tracking all queries, and updating the IT Service Desk Ticket Solution accordingly • Taking ownership of requests assigned to me and following through until resolved • Communicating regularly with the client/stakeholder making sure they are kept informed at all times of their issue(s) status until a resolution is in place • Staying informed of new changes/defects made to the program • Promoting adherence to standard operating procedures, standing order guidelines, and governance best practices • Demonstrated commitment to and alignment with core values of Honesty, Integrity, Respect, and Trust • Proficient in strong oral and written communication skills, fostering effective interaction with various stakeholders • Proven ability to work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders and coordinate efforts for successful outcomes • Adaptability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, ensuring flexibility as per project needs • Skilled in drawing insights from data analysis, translating complex metrics into clear and concise ideas for decision-making • Hands-on experience with a ticketing system, enhancing workflow efficiency • Exceptional troubleshooting skills, known for devising effective solutions in a systematic and logical manner • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion, actively valuing differences and collaborating with diverse perspectives
