Led a global department across seven locations (London, Pune, Bangalore, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Zurich, New York), supporting users across Front Office, Credit Risk and Risk Data Management. The strategic solution supports multiple Business COB dates, centralised adjustments, integrated workflows and reporting (Oracle 19, ARGO CaaS, Angular, AG-Grid). • Developed and implemented new workforce, location and vendor management strategies: • Achieved 35% headcount optimisation across Business Analysts and Testers. • Increased test automation: regression from 50% to 85% and in-sprint from 15% to 90%. • Increased permanent headcount from 35% to 50%.
