During my time in this role, I have gained hands-on experience in drafting and administering corporate legal documents while observing the dynamics of high-level business transactions. I have had the opportunity to listen in on negotiations and gain exposure to the diverse areas of practice within the firm.This experience has broadened my understanding of the corporate world and allowed me to deepen my knowledge of corporate restructuring as well as mergers and acquisitions involving leading technology and financial institutions across the GCC region. It has also strengthened my interest in pursuing a future career within corporate law.
