As a Construction Project Manager, I work mainly with multi-unit residential properties. Residents occupy these properties.I oversee an entire construction project or multiple projects and am accountable for, at a minimum, the following- Preparing project budgets- Preparing schedules of different phases of a project to ensure projects met within established deadlines- Participating in contract negotiations with vendors and senior staff- Monitoring cost and quality of the work to ensure high standards- Planning and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, including working relationships with engineers, architects, and vendors- Ensuring all Health and Safety standards are adhered to by all team members- Quality control and Quality assurance for multi-construction projects.
