Under this arrangement, Perficient provides customers and collaborates with teams of expert technology professionals that manage the implementation of their products for end-user customers- As part of managed services infrastructure & Devops team, I am responsible for setting up and maintaining Dev, QA, Stage and Production environment for Websphere Application Server, DB2/Oracle and Websphere Commerce servers ensuring 99% or better uptime- Deep knowledge and hands on experience of Kubernetes including setting up a Kubernetes cluster, managing clusters, creating and managing pods, deployments, application management, rolling updates, exposing using services & routes, persistent volumes and persistent volume claims on cloud Azure, AWS and Google Kubernetes engines-Implemented CI/CD pipelines for the containerized solution using existing DevOps tools-Setup monitoring tools such as New Relic and AppDynamics to implement a root cause analysis for issues, and better plan the performance tuning of the systems.
