His work includes Outsourced CIO (OCIO) services, multi-family office solutions, and customized investment strategies across public and private markets.Much of his work with endowment organizations addresses a common challenge. Many endowments are structured to preserve capital but lack an intentional framework for growth. Without clear objectives, governance discipline, and dedicated execution, endowments often fall short of their long-term potential. Mussaab works directly with boards and leadership to establish clarity, accountability, and repeatable processes that support sustainable endowment growth.For private wealth families, his role is more personal. Many clients are still actively building businesses and careers and need a trusted partner to manage financial complexity on their behalf. He helps families coordinate investment decisions, estate and tax planning priorities, and multigenerational objectives, while assuming responsibility where delegation is essential and bringing families into decisions when context and alignment matter most.Mussaab brings over 12 years of experience across wealth management and financial services. He began his career at Fidelity Investments, serving some of the largest family offices in the country, before transitioning to Hightower Advisors as a Director of Advisor Engagement.He received his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas and resides in Knoxville, Tennessee with his wife and two daughters.
