   As part of the pre-opening team at India’s first-ever stadium hotel, I am responsible for developing and executing the complete marketing and communications strategy for. This includes creating the brand’s positioning in the market, establishing a strong digital presence, and ensuring alignment with Radisson Hotel Group’s brand standards. • Leading pre-opening marketing initiatives including branding, media planning, and digital strategy. • Developing the hotel’s launch communication roadmap across PR, social media, influencer engagement, and advertising. • Coordinating with the design, PR, and digital agencies to craft the visual and verbal identity of the hotel. • Creating internal and external marketing collaterals for pre-opening and launch phases. • Managing content creation for social media, photography, and video production to showcase the hotel’s unique concept. • Collaborating closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to position the property as a landmark destination in Rajasthan. • Supporting launch events, media previews, and stakeholder communications for the grand opening in 2026
