ABOUT MUSKAN ARORA

I am a Human Resources Team Leader at Fortis Healthcare, one of the leading healthcare providers in India, where I collaborate with a team of HR professionals to foster a positive workplace culture, nurture talent, and drive initiatives that align with the organization\'s goals. Some of our achievements include designing and implementing a new performance appraisal system, conducting a comprehensive employee engagement survey, and facilitating multiple training and development programs for various levels of staff. We support each other in our professional growth and ensure the team\'s success in delivering quality services to our clients and stakeholders. I am also pursuing a MBA in Human Resources Management from Amity University, a prestigious institution that offers a comprehensive curriculum and practical exposure in various aspects of HR. I apply my learning to my current role, and seek to enhance my competencies in HR policies and consulting, as well as Microsoft Excel, which I use extensively for data analysis and reporting. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the well-being and development of our employees, and to the vision and mission of our organization. I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, and I value collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
