As a Volunteer Mobilisation Officer at Foundation to Educate Girls Globally, I play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Volunteer Engagement Strategy for volunteers, ensuring inclusivity and relevance across diverse demographics and regions. I collaborate closely with the Lead Volunteer Engagement to foster partnerships and drive volunteer growth agreements, while also designing and implementing comprehensive training calendars aligned with partner and district schedules. My responsibilities extend to designing and facilitating soft skill development sessions for Team Balika in coordination with program teams, as well as developing essential process notes, criteria, and tools for volunteer engagement activities and progress tracking. implementing pilot projects to test engagement strategies in operational districts and conducting field visits to gather insights and adapt strategies accordingly. In addition, I manage partnerships, evaluate skills development initiatives, and maintain budget utilization, while also providing support across all verticals of EG and actively participating in Volunteer Engagement events and high-level meetings. With a team of Volunteer Mobilisation Associates, I ensure seamless coordination and alignment with organizational objectives.
