As a freelance HR Consultant, I partner with startups and small businesses to build and optimize their HR systems. My key responsibilities include:Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Handling end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding for diverse roles.Onboarding & Induction: Managing smooth onboarding experiences including document verification, background checks, induction sessions, and policy orientation.Offboarding & Exit Process: Overseeing full & final settlements (FnF), conducting exit interviews, and ensuring proper handover and knowledge transfer.Payroll Management: Coordinating monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, salary calculations, and addressing employee payroll queries.Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws and HR regulations including maintenance of statutory records (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.) and filing as required.HR Operations: Supporting day-to-day HR functions, maintaining employee data, and helping set up HR policies and SOPs.Employee Engagement: Designing and executing engagement initiatives to enhance team motivation, collaboration, and retention. HR Advisory: Providing strategic input on performance management, grievance redressal, and organizational planning.
