ABOUT MUSKAAN SRIVASTAVA

Muskaan graduated from the University of British Columbia where she majored in Economics and minored in Political Science in December 2021. She joined Deloitte Canada as a Consultant in the Risk Advisory Practice in April 2022. Currently, she’s an Assistant Manager at Deloitte in Vancouver (since June 2025). Specifically she works on engagements related to IT & Specialized Assurance within Risk Advisory. Muskaan has 3.5 years of experience in SOX, SOC1, SOC2, SOC Readiness, SAP, and Internal Audit. She has served Fortune 500 clients and focuses on the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) industry and the healthcare industry. Muskaan has- Helped execute PCAOB engagements for Fortune 500 Telecommunication clients, including leading walkthroughs and documentation of IT General Controls. Led testing for controls around user access management, change management, data center and network operations for ERPs, and supporting infrastructure like operating systems and databases (including Oracle, Windows, etc)- Helped execute multiple SOC 2 Type II reports for one of the biggest telecommunication clients in British Columbia- Helped develop the risk assessment framework, ensured the readiness assessments were conducted timely, conducted walkthroughs independently in order to test controls to satisfy the Trust Services Criteria for a government health organization in Ontario. In a professional setting, Muskaan values the importance of interpersonal relationships and has participated in the following- Member of the social committee at Deloitte- On-boarded and trained new team members to the organization and to multiple client projects- Helped execute Market Intensity campaigns and client information events.
